So my girlfriend has ADHD and regular to-do apps are basically useless for her — they just become a guilt list of stuff she didn't do. A few weeks ago I started writing "daily quests" on sticky notes. Simple stuff: go for a walk, drink water, clean the desk. And she actually does them?? She gets weirdly motivated when it feels like a game. Every time she hits 5 levels I buy her a little treat. The sticky notes keep getting lost though. I want to turn this into an actual thing because honestly it's been an ADHD cheat code for us.

Tasks reset daily. XP/levels carry over between days. Streak counter would be great. She's into cozy aesthetic — pastels, rounded corners, maybe a cute character that cheers when she finishes something. Has to work on mobile.
