Design a commemorative T-shirt for my wife's first marathon finish

My wife finished her first marathon last weekend. 4:47:22. She trained for 8 months — through a sprained ankle, through rain, through at least three "I literally cannot do this" breakdowns at mile 18. I want to get a T-shirt made for her. Not some generic running shirt — something designed around HER finish. Her time. The route. She ran it for her dad who passed from heart disease — had "Run for Dad" written on her arm the whole race. If the design could work that in somehow... I just want her to have something she can wear that says "I did this."
