帮我分析外贸客户的采购数据
做外贸两年了,积累了大概300多个客户的采购记录,全记在Excel里。老板让我分析一下客户规律,但我只会简单地算个总额排排序。 想知道的是:哪些客户是高价值客户(采购频率高、金额大)?哪些客户在流失(以前买现在不买了)?产品线之间有没有关联购买的规律(买A的客户是不是也倾向于买B)?有没有明显的季节性波动? 最好能做一个RFM分析(听说过但不会做)和一些可视化图表。如果能预测一下明年的采购趋势就更好了。 数据大概是3000多条采购记录,字段包括:客户名、国家、产品、数量、金额、日期。可以导出Excel发给你。
